Shipping policy

Llama One is doing international shipping for all of our customers worldwide! $4.90 is the flat rate for domestic shipping. $12.90 is the flat rate for international shipping which is all calculated at checkout. All orders are processed within 3-7 days. Orders take 2-5 business days from shipment date to be delivered.

Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages, lost mail, or mail delivered to the wrong address.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
